Blue Skies. Fresh Snow. A beautiful Winter wedding!!

I really like the next photo with the snowflakes/crystals and the ring. Stunning. And NO I didn’t drop the rings into a pile of snow. I sprinkled a few flakes onto the sidewalk. Can’t risk loosing those gorgeous rocks! It scares me even to think it.

Meanwhile in the church:

Love the dramatic lighting here:

Candid smiles are the best. So excited!

“I feel like a Princess” – Best bride quote!

Frat Boys. We seriously took this photo on the lawn of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity house at NDSU. And I was laying in the snow. It shows what I’ll do to get a good photo!

Thanks Tom and Stacey for a great day!!! For friends and family looking at this post I will be uploading all the images onto my online gallery for viewing in about 3-4 weeks. To view them please contact Tom or Stacey and ask for their password and link !

In the meantime check back here on the blog or on my Facebook page to see more teasers over the next few weeks!

Pangea |Fargo / Moorhead Event

I was hired by Area Woman magazine to cover Pangea this year. Since I’m sending the best shots to the magazine I can’t post them here (until they come out in print), but I can show you a peak of photos that didn’t make the magazine cut.

Pangea is a multi cultural event sharing food, fashion, and dance from all over the world. I love stuff  like this! So fun to see the bright colors, hear different music, and watch each culture express itself in unique dance forms. Humanity is so beautiful! And Creative!

Pick up a copy of Area Woman Magazine in January to see the “Best” photo from the event! And next year why don’t you stop by, it’s free fun at the Hjemkomst center in Moorhead. Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to cover it again. : )

Heath & Krysten

I seriously think that Fargo should be called the windy city! One of my biggest challenges is to not oly catch people’s expressions, but catch it between huge gusts of wind whipping hair into the face.:)  What a perfect ending to a great day!
